Most people think you need to go “all in” from Day One.
Perfect meals. Perfect workouts. Discipline. Supplements. Sleep.
But I’ve learned the hard way — that’s not sustainable.
At 58, after hitting 450 lbs and coming back from near-death illness, I’ve chosen a different path.
One that stacks small wins over time.
One that lets me live… not just diet.
This is Week 7 of my 18-month transformation.
So far, I’ve:
• Woken up at 5 AM five days a week
• Started every morning with breathing, prayer, and goals
• Added walking and two lifts (deadlifts + bench press)
• Doubled my veggie intake
• Increased my daily water to 1 gallon
Next week? I’ll start tracking macros.
Then, I’ll dial in supplements.
Eventually — the full program rolls out.
But it’s all incremental.
If 5 AM is too much? Just wake up and sit.
Breathe. Read. Then walk.
Then lift. Then prep. Then commit.
This is how I’m rebuilding.
Not just for me — but for the life I want to live, and the people I want to serve.
In 10 weeks, I’ll share a physical reveal.
Until then — I’ll keep showing you how real change is built.
Follow the journey.
