Week 5: Showing Up When It’s Hard

Some weeks are smooth. This wasn’t one of them.

The joints felt tight. The mind wandered. The scale didn’t move much.

But I showed up anyway — and that’s where progress lives.

I’ve made a few non-negotiables this month:

  • No food after 8:00 PM. My digestive system needs rest, just like my body.
  • My mornings start with clean fuel: protein first, and smart coffee to ignite focus.
  • Natural supplements like Boswellia help me move when I otherwise wouldn’t.

I’m not sprinting yet. I’m not 280 pounds yet.

But I’m building the foundation for both.
