Most people think eating “clean” is enough. I used to believe that too.

But here’s the truth: when you’re trying to drop over 70 lbs while protecting joint health, tracking becomes a must.

This week, I’ve introduced a powerful tool: macro tracking.

No gimmicks.

No strict rules.

Just awareness.

My focus is simple — hit 260 grams of protein daily and build from there. I’m using a food scale and a tracking app to get honest about what’s on my plate.

Not to obsess — to learn.

I’m not doing everything at once. Each week, I add one new habit. That’s how I’m building a transformation that lasts.

Until then… I’ll be fueling the shift.
